Delivery policy

What you receive

Digital files only. Nothing is shipped. Depending on your package, you get high-resolution product images and, if included, an MP4 product video.

When

We email your files within 1 business day of your payment. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays.

How

You'll get an email from hello@shopshotstudio.com with a private download link. The link works for 7 days. If it expires before you download your files, email us within 30 days of your order and we'll send a new one.

If there's a delay

If we need a better photo, or there's a problem creating your set, we'll email you. If we can't deliver, you'll get a full refund. See the refund policy.
