Terms of service

These terms apply when you use shopshotstudio.com or order from ShopShot Studio ("we", "us"). By placing an order, you agree to them.

1. The service

We create product images and, if your package includes it, a short product video, using artificial intelligence (AI) with the photos you upload as the reference. Packages, prices, and delivery times are shown on our website at the time you order.

2. AI-generated results

All results are generated by AI. AI can change details such as text, logos, patterns, textures, or proportions. We review each set before delivery. You should also check every file before using it, and tell us within 7 days if something doesn't match your product (see our refund policy).

3. Your photos

You confirm that you own the photos you upload, or have permission to use them. You also confirm that they don't infringe anyone else's rights or show illegal content. You give us permission to use your photos only to create, deliver, and support your order.

We may decline orders involving products or content we won't work with, including anything illegal, sexual, hateful, or meant to deceive. If we decline, we'll refund you in full.

4. Your use of the results

Once you've paid, you may use the delivered files for any lawful commercial or personal purpose, including shop listings, ads, and social media. You're responsible for how you use them. That includes making sure your listings and ads accurately represent your product, and following the rules of the platforms you use, for example marketplace rules about disclosing AI-generated content and about product images.

5. Payment

Prices are in US dollars and are charged in full when you order, through Stripe. Refunds follow our refund policy.

6. Delivery

Delivery works as described in our delivery policy.

7. Limits

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost sales. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.

9. Changes and contact
