Before you upload

Your product is rebuilt from this photo, so what it shows is what you get back. A phone is fine.

These work

  • An amber dropper bottle filling most of the frame Fill the frame, all of it in shot
  • A white t-shirt on a hanger against a pale wall Even light, no harsh shadow

We'll ask for another photo if

  • The same mug photo, too blurred to see its edges It's blurry
  • The same mug photo, too dark to see the surface It's too dark, or glare hides a surface
  • The same mug photo cropped so the mug runs off the frame Part of it is cut off
  • A hand or wrist is holding or wearing it.
  • Several different products are in the shot.
  • The background is so busy we can't tell where the product ends.

Fine print we can't redraw exactly — watch dials, ingredient labels, engraved serial numbers — we'll tell you and refund rather than send you something that reads wrong.

2. Upload your product photo

1 to 3 clear photos of the same product. JPG, PNG, or WebP, up to 10 MB each.

    Mention the materials, colors, and details that must stay exactly right, including what it doesn't have (for example "no buckles").
