This policy explains what ShopShot Studio ("we") collects when you use shopshotstudio.com and place an order, and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Order details: your email address, your name if you give it, the product name, and any notes you add.
• Your photos: the product photos you upload.
• Payment details: handled entirely by Stripe. We see the payment status, amount, and your email, but never your full card number.
• Emails you send us.
• Your email address, if you join our list to get the first-order discount code. We store only the address and the date you joined. Every email we send has an unsubscribe link, and you can also just reply and ask. We never sell or share the list.

How we use it

• To create and deliver your order, and to handle redos and refunds.
• To reply to your messages.
• To keep records required for accounting and taxes.

We don't sell your information. We don't use your photos or finished images in our marketing unless you give us permission.

Who processes it for us

• Stripe: payments.
• Runway: generating your images and video from your photos.
• Cloudflare: private storage of your photos and finished files.
• Netlify: hosting this website.
• Resend and Google Workspace: sending and receiving email.

Each receives only what it needs to provide its service.

How long we keep it

• Uploaded photos and finished files are deleted 30 days after your order.
• Order and payment records are kept as long as the law requires for accounting and taxes.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct, or delete your information, including deleting your photos sooner. Email hello@shopshotstudio.com. California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, and we'll honor them.

Security

We use HTTPS throughout, private storage with expiring links, and trusted providers. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date above.
